Your activities will be supervised by true professionals from around the world, giving you real-life projects to work on which will challenge you as well as inspire you.

Phase 2:

What do they stand for? Wilderness Leadership Experience (September 2025) Now that you have sharpened your simulation skills, it is about time that we went out to the field ! The second phase of Markhor is a 4- 5 days hiking expedition based on the picturesque mountains of Shogran. Just imagine, you are camping by night, at night it’s dark and in the morning you wake up to a view of hills that are green, snow and some wildlife grazing in the background. Although it mainly refers to an outdoor lodge, it is more of an adventure that brings one into contact with nature, tests his/her stamina, and imparts lessons in leadership with a flavor the wilderness – the great outdoors.
Set in the beauty of nature, this will involve movement tasks, decision-making and relationship exercises, as well as conversations. This experience lets you detach from routine work and get back to the ‘heart’ of your business.
