As a result of these disorder a person may feel an emotional lock down which may lead to excessive crying, anger, withdrawal, panic, or many temper tantrums. Apart from enforcing the anti-discrimination laws concerning the stigma of mental health the government should also make sure that enough funds are allocated to mental health services and health care professional education. Celebrity advocacy is also crucial in breaking the stigma and coming out with the normalcy of the mental health problems. Thus it becomes importance in all the domains that inclusive efforts will be made to eliminate stigmas concerning mental health.
